We welcome comments and compliments, respond to complaints and are totally committed to involving Carers in everything we do.

Comments and compliments

We do our best to get things right for you, so telling us when we have done something well or have exceeded your expectations is a good way of letting us know to keep doing these things.

If you have something positive to tell us, please mention this to any of our staff or volunteers so that they can feed it back to us. Your compliments are shared with staff, volunteers, trustees and others so that we can celebrate the good things that we do.

Complaints

If we have not met the high standards that you would expect, please tell us. You can do this in person, by calling 0300 302 0061 or by completing the online form below.

Please tell us as much as you can, such as date, time, what, where and include any other factual evidence that you have. We will respond to your complaint within 3 working days.
