This is part of a national drive to improve access to GP practice services and give people the opportunity to have an appointment at a time that suits them.
GP Online Services for Patients and their Carers
Everyone registered with a GP surgery can now book appointments, request repeat prescriptions and view their GP record online. You can do so by signing up for GP online services at your surgery. With your unique login details you can access your online account from a website or an app on your computer, laptop or smartphone.

The WaitLess app combines current waiting times at all urgent care centres – drawn from the official NHS system – with up-to-the-minute travel information, to help people decide which urgent care centre to head to for faster treatment for minor injuries.
