1. About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all competitions, prize draws, and promotional activities (“promotions”) run by Carers’ Support East Kent (CSEK).

By entering a promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with any specific details provided in the promotion itself.

CSEK may run different types of promotions:

• Prize Draws – winners selected at random
• Competitions – winners selected based on skill or judgement

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions are open to persons residing in the United Kingdom
• Entrants must meet any age or eligibility criteria specified in the promotion
• Employees of CSEK (and their immediate families) may be excluded

Entrants are responsible for ensuring they are eligible to enter.

CSEK reserves the right to:

Competitions:

• Winners are selected based on skill, knowledge, or judgement

8. Notification and Claiming the Prize

• Winners will be notified using the contact details provided
• Notification timeframe will be stated in the promotion
• If a winner does not respond within the stated timeframe:
  • The prize may be forfeited
  • A replacement winner may be selected

The method of receiving the prize (e.g. post, collection, delivery) will be stated in the promotion.

• Participation is optional
• Consent will always be obtained before any personal details are shared

CSEK will process personal data in accordance with:

• CSEK Data Protection Policy

Personal data collected:

• Will only be used to administer the promotion

CSEK accepts no responsibility for:
