We’re pleased to invite you to our April Carers Forum — a friendly and supportive event designed to give you space, information, and the chance to connect with others in similar caring roles.

Taking place on Tuesday 28th April | 10:00am–1:00pm St Radigunds Community Centre, Poulton Close, Dover CT17 0HL

What’s Happening on the Day

Guest Speaker – We will be joined by a representative from Medequip (Kent Community Equipment Loan Service), who will share information about equipment and support available to help make caring tasks safer and easier at home.

“Making Time for You” – Activity Session Led by Louise, Senior Carers Support Coordinator Louise will lead a practical, activity-based session focused on supporting you as a Carer. This session will explore realistic ways to make space for yourself, reflect on your own needs, and build confidence in recognising the importance of your own wellbeing. This is an engaging, structured session designed to be helpful and empowering.

Meet the Carers Support East Kent Team – Our team will be available to talk through the support we provide and how we can help you in your caring role.

Enjoy a light lunch and take some time to chat with other Carers in a relaxed, friendly setting.
