Barnsole Vineyard is one of the oldest vineyards in Kent, situated between the historic city of Canterbury and the delightful Cinque Port town of Sandwich.  This situation delivers the perfect geology and climate to produce the high-quality grapes that make award winning English wines.

Join Phillip, and his team, who have been tending this vineyard for the last 10 years.  Take a wander through the vines and learn all about the wine making process.  A vineyard visit would not be complete without a tasting, after which you’ll enjoy a hearty lunch at The Black Pig, a former Tudor brewery dating from 1588.

Full activity details and meeting instructions will be provided to attendees prior to the visit.

This event is available for our registered Carers. Numbers are limited and a draw will take place for activities that are oversubscribed.  If this activity proves particularly popular, we will endeavour to repeat to enable more to enjoy the experience.
