Wellbeing Week – Introduction to Pilates with Tanya Elias from Primal Roots

Join Primal Roots coach Tanya as she takes you through a Pilates class suitable for all levels of fitness.
Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. It’s suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. You don’t need to have done any Pilates before to do this class, which lasts for one hour. An exercise mat would be useful if you have one. But not to worry if not. Wear comfortable, loose clothing.
