Can you help us make Carers’ Support East Kent better?

Carers’ Support East Kent has asked ek360 (a local community interest company) to help us listen to the views of the Carers we support. Together we are looking to bring together 3 groups of 5-6 Carers who have been with CSEK for a whole year or slightly more and 3 groups of Carers who have been with CSEK for four to six months. We want to learn from your experiences with us, what you’ve found works well for you and what we need to do to improve our services. Can you spare an hour and a half to help us with this?

We will be hosting online focus groups using Microsoft Teams, or you can have an individual 1-2-1 phone call if you prefer.

Dates for Carers who have been with CSEK for one year or slightly more:

• Tuesday the 22nd of March 10:00-11:30am
• Wednesday the 23rd of March 10-11:30am
• Wednesday the 23rd of March 1-2:30pm

Dates for carers who have been with CSEK for four to six moths

• Thursday the 24th of March 10-11:30am
• Thursday the 24th of March 1-2:30pm
• Friday the 25th of March 1-2:30pm

If these dates are too soon for you or you would prefer a different date, please let us know and we can arrange this

We would love to hear your thoughts. Don’t worry if you have not used Microsoft Teams before, we will take time to explain how to use it in advance of the meeting.
