Thank you to our volunteers
Today is the start of Volunteers Week. We want to say a big thank you to all our volunteers who are amazing! In ‘normal’ times, our volunteers (many of whom are Carers or have been) organise and attend support groups and social activities, raise awareness of Carers and our services in the community, and help with administration. Over the last 12 months, they’ve been phoning Carers to keep in touch and reduce isolation.
Thank you to all our volunteers. We are extremely grateful to you.
Later this year, we’ll be launching our Ambassador Volunteer programme. This will involve talking to community groups about our work, supporting fundraising activities, helping at collections, and more.
We’d be delighted to hear from anyone who is interested in finding out more about this or other volunteering opportunities.
