Terms of this grant

The purchase or activity needs to be completed within 3 months of being awarded the grant.
Grant applications need to be submitted on this form by noon 11th April 2024.
Applications will be reviewed week commencing 15th April 2024 and we aim to inform Carers of the outcome on Friday 19th April 2024.
Proof of purchase is required.
You agree to complete two short impact surveys.
